Autocade is an international car cyclopædia that’s geographically unbiased, carefully edited for enthusiasts and media who want a quick, accurate reference. There is a greater emphasis on models produced after 1970.

FSO 125p. 1983–91 (prod. 1,445,689, incl. Polski-Fiat 125p). 4-door saloon, 5-door estate. F/R, 1295, 1481, 1598 cm³ (I4 OHV), 1588 cm³ diesel (I4 OHC). Renamed Polski-Fiat 125p, after the rights to the Fiat name expired. Essentially the same formula: Fiat 125 (1967–81) hull mated to Fiat 1300 and 1500 mechanicals. Only major development was the addition of a Volkswagen Golf II diesel unit in 1986, and a handful made with the Polonez’s 1·6-litre engine in 1987. Continued with virtually no changes to the end of the run.

MG MGB GT (ADO23). 1972–4 (prod. 125,621 all GT Mks I to IV). 3-door coupé. F/R, 1798 cm³ (I4 OHV). New fascia and heater; rubber overriders on bumpers from early 1974 to meet US safety regulations. Last of the chrome bumper Bs.

Austin Kimberley (X6). 1970–3 (prod. 12,194 sold incl. Tasman). 4-door sedan. F/F, 2227 cm³ (I6 OHC). Upscale version of Tasman, with quad headlamps. Mechanically identical to Tasman, and comments there apply. Mk II with equipment upgrades from 1973, as with Tasman. Replaced by P76.
