Chrysler Valiant (VE). 1967–9 (prod. 68,688). 4-door sedan, 5-door wagon. F/R, 225 in³ (I6 OHV), 273 in³ (V8 OHV). Boxier Valiant on 108 in wheelbase, up 2 in from previous generation. Top model called VIP, and V8 now an option across the range complementing the two sixes. Bonnet and guards shared with Dodge Dart (1967–9) while the rest of the car was more distinctive to the Australian market.
