Facelifted version of Honda Domani-based Rover 400, but already dated when launched in 1999. Tried to ape the Rover 75 in looks, especially the lavish use of chrome, but it was simply not competitive alongside more modern competition. Rover’s absence in the C-segment with a newer model was part of its many problems as the company headed toward collapse.
