Renault GTA. 1986–7 (prod. 600,000 sold incl. Alliance and Encore). 2-door sedan, 2-door convertible. F/F, 1965 cm³ (I4 OHV). Last-ditch atttempt to revive flagging Alliance sales, by putting in 95 hp two-litre into the shell. Body kit hinted at performance, though it was modest and failed to revive much interest in the range. Not to be confused with the Alpine A610, sold in the UK under this nameplate.
