Proton Perdana (PRM). 2013–16 (prod. n/a). 4-door sedan, 4-door LWB sedan. F/F, 1997 cm³ (I4 OHC), 2354 cm³ (I4 DOHC). After various failed attempts to build a new large car for official usage, the Malaysian government and Honda agreed to a Proton-built, licensed version of the obsolete Inspire, with a new grille. Made available only to government officials initially, with the promise of civilian sales within two years, but that never eventuated. LWB for the Malaysian prime minister and deputy prime minister.
