Peter Schreyer-led styling gave i30 a stronger appearance (lower, longer and wider), built on a heavily revamped version of the GD’s architecture. MacPherson struts at front; multi-link suspension at the rear; steering and brakes improved. Dynamically superior fastback coupé from 2018.
