Personal–luxury challenger to the Ford Thunderbird, with attractive squared-off styling and Coke-bottle line for the first generation, using a name that was previously a designation for luxury Buicks. First three generations most memorable, following ones more in the corporate GM mould, though final Riviera more distinctive. Ultimately made till the end of the 20th century.
