From AutocadeToyota Will Vi (NCP19). 2000–1 (prod. n/a). 4-door sedan. F/F, 1299 cm³ (I4 DOHC). First car made by Toyota for the Will lifestyle brand (styled WiLL) and sold through Toyota Vista dealers (but at Toyota Corolla Store in Okinawa). Based on the Toyota Vitz (P10). Retro design cues, trying to convey a sense of utilitarianism, reminiscent of the original Citroën 2CV; in that vein, a canvas roof was optional. MacPherson struts up front; torsion beam at rear. Reverse-rake rear window, recalling the Mazda Carol (KP). Door mirrors from Daihatsu Opti (L300) and indicators from Honda Beat. No Toyota badging appeared on the cars. Expensive, and not very successful.
Marque: Toyota | Successor: Toyota Will Cypha
