Toyota Camry (V30).jpg

Toyota Camry (V30). 1990–4 (prod. n/a). 4-door sedan, 4-door hardtop sedan. F/F, F/A, 1838, 1992, 1998 cm³ (I4 DOHC), 1974 cm³ diesel (I4 OHC), 2496 cm³ (V6 DOHC). Domestic-market Camry, with a narrower body (1,695 mm) than the export model, which was the Scepter with Camry badges. From the side, the sedan looked nearly the same, with shared doors, but the range was complemented by a four-door hardtop. Essentially twinned with the Toyota Vista (V30), but Camry had a V6 option for its top models (badged Camry Prominent) from May 1991. Very high quality, thanks to development during the economic bubble period, resembling the original Toyota Celsior (F10) in style. Dull to drive, as with Scepter. Mid-term revisions in 1992. Four-wheel-steer available.

Manufacturing location: Japan

Marque: Toyota | Model: Toyota Camry | Predecessor: Toyota Camry (V20) | Successor: Toyota Camry (V40)
