From AutocadeSEAT 124 D. 1968–80 (prod. 1,000,000 approx.). 4-door saloon, 5-door estate. F/R, 1197, 1438, 1592 cm³ (I4 OHV), 1592, 1755, 1920 cm³ (I4 DOHC). Very popular Spanish version of Fiat 124 (1966–75), considered well equipped for its time. Boxy design considered modern at 1968 launch. Upscale variant, generally known as 124 Pamplona, after the new place of manufacture (formerly owned by BL affiliate Authi), from 1976, with rectangular lights, the body style being adopted for Premier 118 NE of India. Pamplona had less chrome, and featured 1·6 through to 1·9-litre engines (though 1·9 was marketed as 2000). Estate from 1969.
