Styling by Ford Australia’s Simon Butterworth follows global Ford DNA but Territory appears more robust than the US Freestyle. Launched with basic rear-wheel-drive model on Falcon floorpan as well as two four-wheel-drive models. Hill Descent Control from Land Rover on AWD models. SX series from 2004; SY in October 2005 with more power, six-speed transmission option, rear camera. Turbo model developing 245 kW in lieu of V8.
