Peugeot–Citroën affiliate Dongfeng launches its own design as well as a new brand, Aeolus, though underneath the conservative interior lies a Citroën ZX, with a familiar PSA unit. Fengshen model name revived from an earlier Dongfeng model based on the Nissan Bluebird Sylphy (G10), made by subsidiary Guangzhou Aeolus. Styling done with input from ItalDesign. Refreshed in 2013, with 1·5 added.
