Talbot 1609/Talbot 1610/Talbot 180/Talbot 2 Litres/Talbot Diesel. 1979–82 (prod. n/a). 4-door saloon. F/R, 1632, 1812, 1981 cm³ (I4 OHC), 1917 cm³ diesel (I4 OHV). Big Chrysler renamed after the Peugeot takeover. Most were offered in Spain, but the French had the 1610 and 2 Litres, both of which, confusingly, were equipped with the two-litre engine. Referred to as Talbot Simca as well in period publicity.
