Senova (紳寶/绅宝) X55. 2015–18 (prod. n/a). 5-door SUV. F/F, 1499 cm³ (I4 DOHC). Senova’s mid-sized (by Chinese standards) crossover, the second launched by the brand, based around old Saab 9-3 (1998–2003) tech—essentially the crossover version of the original D50. Two 1·5-litre units available, one with turbocharger. Fairly bland in styling, though the Saab genes were seen to make for a reasonably dynamic package—handling was above-average for the segment.
