Eight-inch screen on the dashboard suited Chinese buyers’ love of gadgetry; its appearance was considered more appealing for younger buyers. Better use of space than Excelle. Smooth seven-speed dual-clutch gearbox for turbo. Ride not class-leading. MacPherson struts at front, torsion beam suspension at rear, geared for comfort as expected of Chinese cars in this sector; handling and braking were par for the course, neither helped by the soft suspension settings.
