Large five-door car from Renault, originally replacing 25. Did not make much of a dent in the Germans’ share of the market, and spurred Renault to create a far more interesting successor in the form of the Vel Satis. The nameplate was later used for an export version of the [[Nissan Teana (J31)]]-based [[Samsung SM5 (EX1)]], and its successor.
