Citroën C6. 2005–12 (prod. 23,384). 4-door saloon. F/F, 2129 cm³ diesel (I4 DOHC), 2720 cm³ diesel, 2946 cm³ petrol (V6 DOHC). Big saloon from Citroën, replacing XM, but four years after. Individualistic styling derived from C6 Lignage show car of 2001. Excellent ride as with most big Citroëns, but average handling, and quality still not quite up to German standards. Good engines; strong depreciation. Citroën exited this segment in Europe with the C6, returning in 2020 with the DS 9.
