Chevrolet Kommando. 1969–72 (prod. n/a). 4-door sedan, 5-door wagon. F/R, 3769, 4097 cm³ (I6 OHV). South African development of the HG series Holden, with trim levels from basic to luxury LS model. Very different grille to Holden, with quad headlamps, though it was pressed in Australia along with the rest of the bodies. Fully independent suspension at front, leaf springs at rear, column-mounted three-speed manual gearshift. Complemented by more luxurious Constantia model, based on Holden Brougham (HG).
