From AutocadeNissan Sunny (B13). 1990 to date (prod. unknown). 2- and 4-door sedan, 3-door coupé, 5-door wagon. F/F, F/A, 1270, 1488, 1597, 1680, 1839, 1998 cm³ (4 cyl. OHC, SOHC, DOHC). Nissan tries to get back on top with rounded version of B12. Fairly successful in the Americas—in the US, the Sentra SE-R was marketed as a latter-day BMW 2002, while in Mexico and Chile, as the Tsuru and V16, it found favour among cab drivers for its reliability. Addition of NX coupé, sold as 100 NX in some markets. Various special models in Japan commemorate 60 years of the Nissan company in 1993. Still in production for Latin American markets, though Japanese production ceased January 1994.
