World’s cheapest EV at launch, with small-capacity batteries, though 17·3 and 26·5 kWh ones appeared in 2022; by 2024, the 17·3 kWh battery was the sole offering. Took its name from an earlier Wuling van-based MPV. Fast DC charging (15 kW) available. Considered superior to Changan Lumin, which, despite its later launch date, could not keep up with Wuling’s standard features and fell short on range. Colourful interiors. Wheelbase at 2,010 mm. Convertible from 2022. Macaron upgraded for 2023 with more comfortable seats and more rounded appearance.
