Large SUV from Volkswagen, a sister car to the Porsche Cayenne and Audi Q7, launching second, after the Cayenne. Meant to be sporting, but more a comfortable SUV, with the second generation (from 2010) being more refined. Not economical: a V10 and W12 saw to that in the first generation, though a hybrid model débuted as part of the second.
