Changes paralleled those of Rolls-Royce Silver Spirit III: revised V8 with aluminium cylinder heads, giving Spur more power. Seats with extra lumbar support and head restraints; rear seats now individually adjustable. Driver’s and front passenger airbags. US no longer needed separate sealed beam headlamps.
