City car, with monobox design, in the tradition of the Renault 4, and succeeding the W-60 project within Renault to replace the earlier car. Considered radical at the time, with central speedometer and simple interior. Sold mostly in Europe and South America; no official UK exports. French production to 2006; Colombian production to 2013.
