Renault Medallion. 1987 (prod. n/a). 4-door sedan, 5-door wagon. F/F, 2165 cm³ (I4 OHC). Rare captive import, an Americanized Renault 21. After Renault’s withdrawal from the North American market, Chrysler, the new owners of AMC, rebadged the Medallion with the Eagle marque. Spacious and efficient, with wagon on longer wheelbase, but under-marketed due to AMC’s limited resources.
