From AutocadeNissan Tino/Nissan Almera Tino (V10). 1998–2006 (prod. n/a). 5-door MPV. F/F, 1769, 1998 cm³ petrol, 1769 cm³ petrol–electric hybrid (I4 DOHC), 2184 cm³ diesel (I4 OHC). MPV based around Nissan Sunny (B15) but with relatively short wheelbase compared with the likes of the Renault Mégane Scénic I. Well built and well equipped, but not as practical as some rivals and CVT left something to be desired. Handling surprisingly good for the sector, thanks to MacPherson struts up front, multi-link suspension at rear, inherited from Sunny. One hundred hybrid models built in 2000. Japanese production to 2003, European production (where the cars were called Almera Tino) to 2006.
Marque: Nissan | Predecessor: Nissan Prairie (M11)
