Kia Sportage (KM). 2004–10 (prod. n/a). 5-door SUV. F/F, F/A, 1975 cm³ (I4 DOHC), 1991 cm³ diesel (I4 OHC), 2657 cm³ (V6 DOHC). After the Sorento was put in above the previous Sportage, rather than as a successor to it, Kia developed the KM from the Hyundai Tucson (JM) platform. Behaved identically to the Tucson, which meant good handling, and very good equipment levels. Facelift in 2007. Extra features, such as a passenger airbag and a USB terminal, added for its final year.
