Cadillac Escalade (K2XL). 2015–20 (prod. n/a). 5-door UV, 5-door LWB UV. F/R, F/A, 6162 cm³ (V8 OHV). Fourth-generation Escalade looked tougher, with more leg- and headroom, and retained its body-on-frame construction and live rear axle. Excellent ride, thanks to Cadillac’s MagneRide technology, and very quiet cabin. Electric power-assisted steering more responsive. Good handling, despite 5,900 lb bulk for SWB model. Greatly improved interior with more comfortable seats.
