BYD L3. 2010–15 (prod. n/a). 4-door sedan. F/F, 1488 cm³ (I4 OHC), 1839 cm³ (I4 DOHC). Toyota Corolla (E140) clone, but far better equipped for the price. Slotting just above the F3, which was based on an earlier Corolla (again without Toyota’s blessing). Power not that good, but reasonably spacious, and considered refined compared with others selling at cheap prices. Even more of a domestic appliance than the Corolla, and not as well built.
