Zotye 2008 (XS6390Di/XS6402/RX6400)/Zotye 5008. 2005 to date (prod. n/a). 5-door SUV. F/R, F/A, 1173, 1299, 1488, 1584 cm³ petrol, 1489 cm³ diesel (I4 OHC), 1248 cm³ diesel (I4 DOHC). Daihatsu Terios (1997–2009) clone, also exported in CKD form to India, where it is sold as the Premier Rio. Narrow (1,500 mm), behind the times, with dated interior and poor dynamics, with high-speed stability a concern. Average handling, vague steering, lots of body roll. Good turning circle. DOHC diesel on Indian market from Fiat. Called 2008 as a tribute to the Beijing Olympics; 5008 after the Olympiad was over.
