Autocade is an inter­national car cyclo­pædia that’s geo­­graphically unbiased, carefully edited for enthu­­siasts and media who want a quick, accurate reference. There is a greater emphasis on models produced after 1970.

Triumph Spitfire Mk II. 1965–7 (prod. 37,409). 2-door roadster. F/R, 1147 cm³ (I4 OHV). Engine revisions with more power (67 bhp, up from 64 bhp) with improved trim. Mk II in most of the world, but Mk 2 in US advertising. Still a better seller than the Austin–Healey Sprite, despite a price premium.
