Hyundai gives Verna similar looks to the Avante, but in shrunken-down form. Sister car to Kia K2 (UC). Well equipped in many markets, and seven-inch touchscreen with Apple CarPlay, Android Auto and MirrorLink connectivity dominated interior; though base Solaris in Russia made do with two airbags and front power windows. Interior materials on the drab side, with plenty of grey. More settled ride and better grip compared with predecessor, though steering lacked feel. Exported to some markets as Hyundai Accent. Five-door dubbed Verna RV in China.
