Not satisfied with just copying German designs, Zotye took the German word for dream for its high-end brand, selling crossovers. Buyers weren’t fooled. Traum never made much of an impact in sales, and by 2019 it was already facing bankruptcy. Officially closed with Zotye facing difficulties in 2021. 君馬 or 君马 in Chinese.
