Englon (英伦) SC5-RV. 2010–14 (prod. n/a). 5-door sedan. F/F, 1498 cm³ (I4 DOHC). Looking more distinctive than Englon’s other offerings, SC5 was initially launched as a hatchback model, dubbed RV. Fabrizio Giugiaro of ItalDesign had a hand in the styling. Matte aluminium finishes on dials and steering wheel inside, also helping to differentiate SC5 from other Chinese models. Very good headroom, thanks to tall design. Front MacPherson struts and rear torsion beams, considered to have better ride and handling than the average Chinese car. Exported as Geely GC5.
