Citroën replaced its Saxo with a series of cars: the C3 took over from the five-door models, while the short-wheelbase C2 replaced the three-door ones. Good finish and ride, firm suspension on sporting models, but high sill on rear hatch and cramped for rear passengers. Update in 2006, minor facelift 2008.
