Fleetwood tag dropped as it was now applied to the front-drive models only. Facelifted in 1990 to counter [[Lincoln Town Car (1990–7)|Lincoln’s new Town Car]], though sales continued to decline year on year. Largest [[Chevrolet]] 5·7 introduced 1990 as an option. [[Oldsmobile]] V8 (5033 cm³) replaced by Chevrolet V8 (5020 cm³) for 1991.
