BMW 840d/BMW 840i/BMW M850i/BMW M8 (G14/G15/G16/F91/F92/F93). 2- and 4-door coupé, 2-door convertible. F/R, F/A, 2993 cm³ diesel, 2998 cm³ petrol (II6 DOHC), 4395 cm³ (V8 DOHC). Second-generation 8er, returning after nearly two decades, with BMW consciously shifting its products upmarket. Excellent handling, with double wishbones at front and multi-link suspension at rear, and use of carbonfibre in the chassis. Ride on the firm side. Businesslike interior.
