Revision as of 09:56, 6 January 2015Chevrolet Commodore. 1978–84 (prod. n/a). 4-door sedan, 5-door wagon. F/R, 2784 cm³ (I6 OHC), 3768, 4093 cm³ (I6 OHV). Nearly a dead ringer for the German Opel Commodore C but for the engines beneath, which were South African-made units derived from Chevrolet in the US. Opel 2·8-litre engine added in 1982.
