EMW 340. 1952–3 (prod. 21,250 incl. BMW 340). 4-door saloon, 5-door estate. F/R, 1971 cm³ (6 cyl. OHV). Rebadged BMW 340 from Automobilwerk Eisenach, with the marque changed after BMW AG secured a judgement preventing the cars having its name. No real changes beyond a new heater: still a reworked prewar BMW 326.
