Lexus RX270/Lexus RX350/Lexus RX450h. 2008 to date (prod. n/a). 5-door SUV. F/F, F/A, 2671 cm³ (I4 DOHC), 3456 cm³ petrol, 3456 cm³ petrol–electric hybrid (V6 DOHC). First Lexus RX sold in Japan, launching in January 2009. Mid-term changes 2012, to new “spindle” grille. Well appointed with comfortable ride, but options expensive in some markets. Generous room inside for five. Siri-based control for Apple Iphone users, excellent sound system. On-board computer interface not the easiest to use.
