Oldsmobile Ninety-Eight. 1985–90 (prod. n/a). 2- and 4-door sedan. F/F, 2967, 3791 cm³ petrol, 4310 cm³ diesel (V6 OHV). Second round of downsizing, and the shift to a front-drive platform, similar to the Buick Electra (1985–90). Smaller on the outside, interior room close to its predecessor’s. Regular improvements, with anti-lock brakes an option from 1986. Touring sedan from 1987, with additional equipment.
