Volkswagen Vento/Volkswagen Jetta (Typ 1H). 1992–8 (prod. n/a). 4-door saloon. F/F, F/A, 1391, 1598, 1791, 1984 cm³ petrol, 1896 cm³ diesel (I4 OHC), 1984 cm³ (I4 DOHC), 2792 cm³ (V6 OHC). New name, appealing to a younger market, though Jetta name retained in North America. More aerodynamic, with C_d dropping to 0,32. Still engine and road noise, but very good performance and handling.
