TVR Griffith. 1991–2002 (prod. 2,351). 2-door roadster. F/R, 3950, 4280, 4495, 4998 cm³ (V8 OHV). First of the genuinely hairy TVRs under Peter Wheeler, with TVR-developed Rover V8s. Shown first at Birmingham 1990, intended to be on the TVR S chassis. Re-engineered for production, using a racing chassis, with 4·0 and 4·3 first, with some conversions for more power done. New gearbox 1994. Final 100s badged SE with Chimaera dashboard.
