Microcar based on ZF Champion from the 1940s, after Maico bought the assets of the ailing Champion firm in 1954. Water-cooled Heinkel 18 PS engine, with body by Baur, though fundamentally the same: simple, uncomfortable, noisy, and unrefined. Chassis improved 1957. Maico decided to exit the car business soon after, with the car venture a failure.
Marque: Maico | Predecessor: Maico MC 400
