Innocenti 3 Cilindri/Innocenti Mini Tre/Innocenti Minimatic. 1982–7 (prod. n/a). 3-door saloon. F/F, 993 cm³ petrol, 993 cm³ diesel (I3 OHC). With the British Leyland connection finished, Innocenti turned to Daihatsu of Japan for its engines, getting a one-litre, 52 PS unit from the Charade (about 3 PS more than the 90 and Mille). Bertone tidied up the styling for the 1980s. Minidiesel added in 1984, the year the models were renamed Mini Tre, and these formed the basis of the Innocenti America, which was exported to Canada.
