Fiat 1600. 1969–72 (prod. n/a). 4-door sedan. F/R, 1625 cm³ (I4 OHV). Original Argentinian version of the Fiat 125 (1967–81), but with an unrelated engine: this 1·6 was based around the veteran Lampredi OHV units. Similar idea to 125, with the 1300 platform carried over. No estate—the earlier 1500 Familiar lived on—but a locally designed coupé was offered (q.v.).
