Dodge SE. 1972–5 (prod. n/a). 4-door sedan. F/R, 3682 cm³ (I6 OHV). Based on the Australian Chrysler Valiant (VH) but originally with the grille from the flagship Chrysler (CH), before switching to one with separate indicators and bumper as with the VJ and the four headlamps and grille design of the CJ. Long tail shared with the Australian Chrysler by Chrysler, but not on the LWB platform as that model: SE had the shorter 2,819 mm standard Valiant one. Flagship in South Africa, with locally made Chrysler slant-six instead of the Australian Hemi unit, replacing the earlier Valiant VIP. No V8s this time.
