Chevrolet’s answer to Ford Taurus Mk I, but more conventional and boxy. No wagon, though Lumina range included a minivan dubbed APV (q.v.). Priced well and represented good value. Quite roomy, and Euro and Z-34 models had good handling. Ride and steering below average, and the engines were forgettable other than the 3·4 V6.
