BMW 2000 C/BMW 2000 CA/BMW 2000 CS (Typ 120). 1965–70 (prod. 13,691). 2-door coupé. F/R, 1990 cm³ (I4 OHC). Attractive coupé, styled again by Hofmeister, on Neue Klasse platform, but with unusual enclosed quad headlamps. C denoted coupé; CA with automatic transmission. Usual BMW virtues of powerful engine mated to able chassis, and spawned six-cylinder E9 coupés in 1968.
