Volvo EM90. 2023 to date (prod. n/a). 5-door MPV. R/R, 116 kWh electric. Volvo’s first MPV, designed to take on the Buick GL8 and Lexus LM in China. Its marketing attempted to connect it back to the Duett, but in fact it was more closely related to the Zeekr 009 from the same parent company, Geely, and riding the same SEA1 platform. Some design cues were also shared. Far more expensive than the Zeekr, despite similar dimensions, weight and silhouette. At 5,206 mm long, 2,024 mm wide, and 1,859 mm tall, with wheelbase at 3,205 mm. Soft interior materials, simple interior design. L2 assisted driving, air suspension, electromagnetic induction suspension, among other features. RWD only, unlike Zeekr. Claimed range 738 km (CLTC).
