Toyota Vellfire (TAHA40W/AAHH40W). 2023 to date (prod. n/a). 5-door MPV. F/F, F/A, 2393 cm³ petrol, 2487 cm³ petrol–electric hybrid (I4 DOHC). Vellfire and Alphard go on GA-K platform. Now just under 5 m long and 1·85 m wide, to fit with Japanese vertical automated parking systems. Wheelbase at 3 m. Long overhead console inside. Steps now installed with sliding doors on both sides, aiding entry. No more sixes, but a turbo four added. Called Crown Vellfire in China.
